Our Last Hurrah

It is with great sadness that I write to you today to advise you that PT Last Hurrah Group (Last Hurrah Bali) has entered into voluntary liquidation, effective May 8th.
This means that we are closing down and no longer able to cater for your event.

This brings to an end a long journey, over nine years, lots of great memories, events, fun times and some really hard times too.

Although we survived, since we restarted post COVID19, the market has been tough. Costs have increased, experienced hospitality staff have left the industry or those that remain are snapped up by the big beach clubs and resorts. Our supply chain has tightened, logistics and transport costs have increased along with rent and wages growth is through the roof due to lack of available resources.

The final nail in the coffin was the lower than expected sales revenue this year, primarily due to the cost of living challenges globally (but mostly in Australia) and an overall reduction in event size (down from an average of 80 guests to 45 guests).

Last Hurrah has been in business for over 9 years and it has survived a lot, employed a lot of Balinese people and made a lot of people happy. We are saddened that the business is now closing but thankful for the journey, the people, the experiences we have had.
